MagicFruits Ex-Ploit frame 2008

Who take care of the ex-Ploit's design? The ex-Ploit have been designed according with MagicFruits riders wishes. Tomokazu Morinaga a.k.a Mo-Rich had been tested the 18.6inches version and Miyuki Dezaki the 18.15inches one for 2years. Akira Okamura had been riding a prototype version for about 6 months, using the ex-Ploit both for Flatand and Street. The result is a frame build for everyone who wants to ride flatland.
Is the ex-Ploit heat-treated ? Yes, Full Heat treated after welding, so the frame's weldings are stronger and the frame is stiffer compared with a none treated or partially treated one. The second treatment we want for the ex-Ploit have been to use a solution against rust inside the tubes.
Why a Spanish BB"? Only because spanish bearings are stronger than the european bearings. Euro BB kits are not as light as a Spanish kit is strong, but spanish BB are much stronger than euro kit is light.
14mm drop out for flatland? First thing about the drop outs are designed for setting the chain stay length as you like it without changing direction angle. And 14mm is the best choice because it makes them a little lighter and you can use a 14mm axle that won't break easily moreover probably never bend like 10mm axle does. Now Nankai is even producing a 14mm type freecoaster lighter than 10mm types.
